All products are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Transit time usually takes 2-4 business days depending on your location.
Canadian orders, please allow additional transit time due to customs processing.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from
orders@allergyonboard.com. If using PayPal, you will also receive a PayPal confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from the USPS with the details of the shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. Clothing merchandise must be returned unwashed, unused and in its original condition. If you choose to request a refund, please email
customerservice@allergyonboard.com and we will refund 100% of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).
